The CD set contains 2 CDs that provide information that is additional to the book. Note: It is NOT the book itself on CD. It mainly provides instruction on how to use the tools and practices of Radical Self Forgiveness which enables people to be more effective in coming to a place of self-acceptance and peace within themselves. I also read a somewhat longer version of the Susan story than the one in the book. The CD set makes a very good supplement to the book.
